As part of a project focused on environmentally sustainable merchandising, I developed a strategy for Calvin Klein’s denim collection. Titled Back To Basics, the concept involved reimagining classic denim styles from the brand’s archives, with an emphasis on sustainability and inclusivity. My approach was to create a cohesive merchandising plan that maximized sales, minimized excess inventory, and enhanced the consumer experience.

The strategy included detailed market research, sustainable sourcing, and distribution plans across multiple channels, culminating in a 21-slide presentation (not all featured). This project showcases my ability to blend creative design with practical merchandising solutions that align with evolving consumer values, while ensuring brand relevance and long-term growth.
